The iconic Aresbank building reopens as Motel Particulier, merging luxury, cuisine, and immersive experiences in Marbella's Golden Mile.

Grupo Mosh and Grupo Dani García have announced the opening of Motel Particulier Marbella, a groundbreaking concept that transforms luxury, gastronomy, and sensory experiences along the Costa del Sol. The official inauguration will be held on July 15 at the historic Aresbank building, a symbol of 1980s Arabic-inspired architecture on Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile that had been closed for over two decades.

With an eight-figure investment, this updated space spans over 2,000 square meters across several floors, merging timeless elegance with cutting-edge design. In partnership with renowned interior designer Lázaro Rosa Violán, the establishment showcases an environment that immerses visitors in a secretive and exclusive world where privacy, beauty, and mystery are paramount.

A Cutting-Edge Culinary and Multi-sensory Experience

Motel Particulier is not just a dining spot; it’s a hidden dimension crafted to engage all senses. The culinary offering, led by César Alonso—former chef at flagship restaurants by Gastón Acurio—blends Mediterranean traditions with Japanese precision. Some standout dishes include Wagyu Yakitori, 24k Lobster Negitoro, and the impactful Shio Koji-glazed Tomahawk.

The space features multiple areas, including two outdoor terraces, a piano bar, and a private members’ club. A unique TEILE sound system developed by Rampa de Keinemusik enhances the atmosphere, creating an immersive auditory experience throughout the venue.
