
Expansion of Partnership Between Ventive Hospitality and Marriott International Announced
Ventive Hospitality collaborates with Marriott International to manage 1548 additional hotel rooms across seven establishments in India and Sri Lanka.
Ventive Hospitality Limited, along with its promoter group companies, has announced a major expansion of its partnership with Marriott International, formalizing management contracts for seven hotels featuring 1,548 rooms in India and Sri Lanka.
This collaboration represents several brand introductions at significant locations such as Sri Lanka, Varanasi, Mundra, Pune, and Navi Mumbai. Importantly, Ventive Hospitality has pledged to build a new hotel on its existing leasehold in Mundra, India.
Among the seven hotels, Ventive Hospitality and its subsidiaries will manage three locations:
- The Ritz-Carlton Reserve: 73 villas and 80 branded residences located near Yala East National Park, Sri Lanka.
- Varanasi Marriott Hotel: 161 rooms in Varanasi, India.
- Courtyard by Marriott: 200 rooms in Mundra, India.
The remaining four hotels, consisting of the upcoming JW Marriott Navi Mumbai (450 rooms), Moxy Navi Mumbai (200 rooms), Moxy Pune Wakad (264 rooms), and Moxy Pune Kharadi (200 rooms), will be developed by the promoter group companies and are set to transition under a suitable agreement aimed at enhancing stakeholder value.
This partnership, showcasing one of India’s largest ventures in luxury and upscale accommodations, is poised to harness the strengths of both Ventive Hospitality’s project execution and Marriott International’s brand prestige and management expertise, unlocking significant growth opportunities in a favorable demand-supply environment.
