Regent Seven Seas Cruises Achieves Record Booking Day for New Ship
Regent Seven Seas Cruises set a new record by experiencing its largest booking day since it announced the new Seven Seas Prestige.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises, an ultra-luxury cruise line, achieved its highest single booking day for a new ship when reservations opened for the Seven Seas Prestige on June 26. Bookings surpassed the previous record from the launch of the Seven Seas Splendor in 2018 by 26%.
Additionally, the prestigious Skyview Regent Suite, priced at $25,000 per night, sold out on 6 of 13 inaugural sailings, marking a significant success for the cruise line.
Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer, shared his excitement regarding these remarkable booking results, realizing the high demand from luxury travelers eager to secure their suites. “Seven Seas Prestige promises to begin a new legacy for the entire ultra-luxury cruise sector. We cannot wait until she joins the fleet in December 2026. I’d like to thank our esteemed guests and travel partners, along with our dedicated teams worldwide for making this a reality,” said Montague.
The Seven Seas Prestige, set for delivery in late 2026, introduces a new class of ships for Regent after a decade, designed by Fincantieri and boasting a weight of 77,000 tonnes. The ship, while larger, will host 822 guests and 630 crew members for an unmatched experience.
Offering 12 categories of all-balcony suites and state-of-the-art amenities, it will host 13 voyages in its inaugural season across the Caribbean and Europe, visiting extraordinary destinations.
