Les Roches and Jetex Unveil the First Global Luxury Private Aviation Graduate Program
Les Roches, recognized for excellence in hospitality training, announces a groundbreaking partnership with Jetex to establish a new postgraduate program focused on luxury private aviation, set to begin in September 2025.
In a major milestone enhancing specialized training in the luxury tourism sector, Les Roches, recognized as the second-best global educational institution for hospitality and leisure management (QS World University Rankings, 2025), announces the launch of the first postgraduate program dedicated exclusively to luxury private aviation. This innovative diploma will commence in September 2025 in collaboration with Jetex, a global leader in private aviation services.
The Diploma of Advanced Studies in Private Aviation Management spans one academic year and combines rigorous Swiss academic training with practical industry experience, immersing students in strategic destinations such as Marbella (Spain), Crans-Montana (Switzerland), and Abu Dhabi (UAE). In the first semester, students will delve into topics related to aviation management, luxury customer experience, effective communication, and leadership in lifestyle environments. The second semester will include guaranteed six-month internships at Jetex in the UAE, one of the most dynamic regions in the private aviation market.
This program responds to the growing demand for highly qualified talent in a sector valued at an estimated $38.5 billion in 2023, projected to reach $55.2 billion by 2031, driven by technological advancements, operational efficiency, and increasingly personalized service. In Spain, this sector creates over 21,000 jobs and contributes €3.1 billion to the GDP.
Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches, emphasizes the importance of this initiative: “Thanks to our global campus network, students will have the opportunity to live and train in three of the main destinations of luxury tourism. The comprehensive training provided by this program prepares graduates for leadership roles in an increasingly competitive and globalized industry.”
Adel Mardini, founder and CEO of Jetex, states: “This program represents a strategic step in training talent that drives innovation and excellence in private aviation. Collaboration with Les Roches allows us to offer top-tier training, combining academic knowledge with practical experience in a real environment.”
Prospective students must hold a university degree, be 30 years or younger, possess advanced English proficiency, and successfully complete an interview with Jetex. Furthermore, outstanding students may receive partial scholarships and job opportunities at Jetex upon graduation, thereby establishing a direct bridge between academia and industry. The private aviation market, valued at $38.5 billion in 2023, is expected to grow to $55.2 billion by 2031. Dubai has particularly consolidated itself as one of the world’s leading hubs, recording 17,891 private jet movements in 2024 at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Center, reflecting a 7% increase from the previous year.
