Asha Kharga has been appointed Chief Customer Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., effective 1st July 2025.
The Mahindra Group has announced the appointment of Asha Kharga as the Chief Customer Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL), effective July 1, 2025. This strategic move aims to enhance customer experience and expand product offerings.
Asha brings over 28 years of experience in brand transformation and has garnered recognition for her strategic and creative skills. She is expected to lead MHRIL’s branding and marketing initiatives to double its resort footprint by 2030.
Dr. Anish Shah, Group CEO & MD of Mahindra Group, expressed confidence in Asha’s ability to align brand vision with customer experience. “Her expertise will be crucial in leveraging the potential of Mahindra Holidays as we focus on significant business growth,” he stated.
