The Philippines government has updated regulations to allow Indian nationals with valid American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore, or UK (AJACSSUK) visas or Permanent Residence Permits to enjoy visa-free entry.
As per the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, along with guidance from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Indian tourists can now enter the Philippines for a maximum stay of up to fourteen days at various ports of entry. Travelers must meet the following requirements:

1. Possess a valid AJACSSUK visa or Permanent Residence Permit.
2. Have a national passport valid for at least six months after the intended stay.
3. Carry a return or onward ticket.
4. Have no derogatory history with the Bureau of Immigration.
   The initial fourteen-day stay can be extended for an additional seven days, totaling a possible twenty-one-day visit.
