
Philippines Offers 14-Day Visa-Free Entry for Indian Travelers with Valid AJACSSUK Visa
The Philippine government introduces new regulations allowing Indian citizens with specific visas to enter visa-free for 14 days.
The Philippines government has updated regulations to allow Indian nationals with valid American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore, or UK (AJACSSUK) visas or Permanent Residence Permits to enjoy visa-free entry.
As per the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, along with guidance from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Indian tourists can now enter the Philippines for a maximum stay of up to fourteen days at various ports of entry. Travelers must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid AJACSSUK visa or Permanent Residence Permit.
- Have a national passport valid for at least six months after the intended stay.
- Carry a return or onward ticket.
- Have no derogatory history with the Bureau of Immigration.
The initial fourteen-day stay can be extended for an additional seven days, totaling a possible twenty-one-day visit.
