Les Roches, a renowned global institution in hospitality education, is set to launch its Master of Science in International Hospitality Management to meet the rising demand for talented leaders in the hospitality sector.
Les Roches, a prestigious global institution focused on hospitality training, has announced the launch of its new Master of Science in International Hospitality Management. This program addresses the growing global demand for highly qualified leaders in the hospitality sector.
The program will roll out gradually across its international campuses, starting in September 2025 in Abu Dhabi, followed by Crans-Montana and Marbella in March 2026.
Designed for university graduates and professionals transitioning careers, this master’s degree offers a comprehensive approach to leadership, operational experience, and strategy in an ever-evolving sector. The program runs for one full year or 18 months part-time, blending the Swiss legacy of hospitality with practical learning and a global perspective.
The launch comes at a critical moment for the industry, as the latest Economic Impact Report from the World Travel and Tourism Council predicts the creation of nearly 126 million new jobs over the next decade. It is estimated that one in three new jobs in this sector will require between 300,000 and 400,000 new managers by 2030.
Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches, emphasized that “By aligning our curriculum with industry needs, we aim to prepare graduates to seamlessly integrate into leadership roles, thereby addressing the pressing talent shortage and contributing to sustainable growth in the sector.”
The curriculum focuses on leadership, innovation, and professional success, providing students with a solid foundation in international hospitality management. Participants will explore emerging trends such as digital transformation and sustainability through case studies, real-world projects, and an international business field trip.
Training is bolstered by the support of Les Roches Career Services, which connects students to a unique network of employers and alumni, thus facilitating access to top positions in the industry.
