AirAsia Forms Partnership with Hausboom to Craft Destination-Inspired Beverages

AirAsia collaborates with Hausboom to introduce a series of drinks inspired by various locations served by the airline.

AirAsia has partnered with the Malaysian sparkling juice brand Hausboom to create a unique beverage line inspired by the airline’s various flight destinations. This collaboration is designed to celebrate local pride and the shared mission of connecting people.

The collaboration is set to produce nine limited-edition Hausboom bottles, each showcasing a flavor inspired by a different AirAsia destination. Flavors include Strawberry for Seoul and Roti Bakar for Kuala Lumpur, reflecting the diversity of AirAsia’s network and catering to the wanderlust of Malaysian consumers.

Other flavors will draw inspiration from destinations such as Almaty, Phu Quoc, Sihanoukville, Xi’an, Nairobi, Melbourne, and Amritsar. These uniquely themed bottles will be available in over 6,800 retail locations across Malaysia, including 7-Eleven, KK Mart, and various supermarkets in Sabah and Kuching.

Customers can scan a unique QR code on each bottle for a chance to enter the ‘Sip & Win’ contest, with prizes including unlimited free flights and exclusive rewards across AirAsia’s travel ecosystem.

Liyana Mahizzan, Head of Commercial at AirAsia, emphasized that this partnership reflects the airline’s commitment to local innovation and connecting with the lifestyle segment, especially those aged 21–35, who constitute over 42% of their customer base. Mahizzan remarked, “Through this initiative, we are excited to engage new audiences with stimulating flavors while rewarding our loyal guests with exciting opportunities.”

Hausboom’s CEO, Azri Zahier Azmi, also expressed enthusiasm for this partnership, stating, “This collaboration is a dynamic example of how we are staying ahead of market trends while promoting our brand’s core lifestyle pillars.”

The project aims not only to offer refreshing drinks but also to enhance travel experiences, inspiring customers to expand their horizons and immerse themselves in new adventures.
