ATM 2025 Welcomes Over 55,000 Attendees, Marking 16% Yearly Growth

The Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 witnessed a significant increase in attendance and showcased numerous global travel companies and innovations.

The Arabian Travel Market (ATM) has seen an impressive turnout of over 55,000 professionals from 166 countries, representing a 16% increase compared to the previous year.

This year’s event featured over 2,800 exhibitors, with 19% hailing from the Middle East and 81% from beyond. The theme, “Global Travel: Developing Tomorrow’s Tourism Through Enhanced Connectivity,” guided discussions on how interconnectivity will influence the future of tourism across different regions.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, visited the exhibition and received important briefings on the event’s themes. Several distinguished guests attended, including Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, who inaugurated the show, alongside Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed.

Danielle Curtis, the Exhibition Director, stated: “This year’s theme has resonated strongly, highlighting how collaborative efforts foster sustainable tourism growth. The overwhelming participation showcases ATM’s pivotal role in global tourism”.

Regional growth was notable in several areas: the Middle East (19%), Asia (20%), Europe (17%), and Africa (21%), with Asia leading as the fastest-growing sector at the event. The exhibition also included a new Start-Up and Innovation Zone, showcasing cutting-edge technologies redefining travel.

Overall, the hotel segment saw a 12% growth year-on-year, and the ATM conference featured over 70 sessions led by 200 esteemed speakers across various stages.
