Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Bakul Pednekar as its new Director of People and Culture.

In this role, Pednekar will oversee the People & Culture function at the hotel, focusing on creating employee experiences that inspire excellence and align with the brand’s renowned service philosophy.

With over 17 years of substantial global experience grounded in Four Seasons’ core values of empathy, excellence, and heartfelt service, Pednekar is poised to make a significant impact.

Nearly 20 Years of Expertise

Bakul Pednekar began his journey with Four Seasons in 2007, initially managing operations at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. Over the years, he has seamlessly risen through the ranks into key Human Resource roles at several iconic properties, including the Four Seasons Resort Maldives and the Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, where he spent nearly three years as director of people and culture.

Renowned for promoting inclusive workplaces, he has led diverse teams, developed impactful learning programs, and prioritized employee well-being, garnering commendations from peers and accolades from the industry.
