Bakul Pednekar began his journey with Four Seasons in 2007, initially managing operations at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. Over the years, he has seamlessly risen through the ranks into key Human Resource roles at several iconic properties, including the Four Seasons Resort Maldives and the Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, where he spent nearly three years as director of people and culture.
