Residents’ Club brand The Other House recently announced the appointment of Stephen Nash as the general manager of its upcoming property, The Other House Covent Garden, which is set to debut later this year.
The founder and CEO of The Other House, Naomi Heaton, expressed excitement about Nash’s appointment: “We are thrilled to welcome Stephen to the team at this exciting time in our journey. Nash’s appointment signifies a crucial step in the evolution of The Other House as it aims to establish a group of Residents’ Clubs in London and beyond. He will collaborate closely with Heaton and the senior leadership team to prepare for the property’s launch while building a world-class team.
Launched in 2022 in South Kensington, The Other House combines apartment-style living with hotel services and exclusive private club access. With its vibrant cocktail bar, Owl & Monkey, and relaxed all-day café, The Other Kitchen, The Other House serves as a lively hub for residents, members, and visitors alike.
Meet Stephen Nash
Nash has held senior leadership roles across Germany, Italy, and the UK. He has overseen operations at 11 lifestyle properties during his time with Boscolo Hotels and has also held key positions at Marriott International and Precise Hotels. Known for his strategic insight and team-centric approach, he is well-equipped to bring the unique Residents’ Club concept to life in Covent Garden.
With over 20 years in luxury hospitality, he boasts a solid history of launching and managing some of the most exciting design-led hotels and residences across the UK and Europe. Most recently, he led the operational development of Escapade Silverstone, managing the launch of a £80 million development comprising 60 luxury residences and a private clubhouse at the renowned Formula 1 circuit.
