Global hospitality firm Accor has revealed the signing of Novotel Indore Super Corridor and ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor, marking an essential expansion in one of Central India’s burgeoning commercial centers.
Scheduled to launch in 2029, this 310-key dual-branded hotel development will respond to Indore’s rising demand for premium accommodations, supporting its evolution into a top-tier business and lifestyle hub.
Strategically placed close to the vibrant Super Corridor, a commercial and IT center, both hotels are set to serve a diverse clientele that includes corporate travelers, MICE business, and leisure guests. This move signifies Accor’s ongoing growth in India while extending its reach in the region.
The properties will feature a combination of 170 guest rooms at Novotel and 140 guest rooms at ibis Styles, providing varied options to suit different traveler preferences. Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a cutting-edge fitness center, swimming pool, and adaptable event spaces.
