The Dubai South urban master development has prominently inaugurated the headquarters for JAS Middle East, focusing on logistics and supply chain solutions.
Inauguration Ceremony
The ceremony saw the participation of notable guests including Italian consul-general to Dubai, Edoardo Napoli, JAS Worldwide founder and chair Biagio Bruni, CEO of Dubai South’s logistics district Mohsen Ahmad, and area vice-president of JAS Middle East Erwin Wittemaier, among other senior executives from both entities.
Sustainable Development
Designed to establish new standards in sustainability, efficiency, and technological innovation, this 19,170-square-metre facility represents a pivotal step in the company’s growth in the region. This environmentally sustainable warehouse is crafted to address specific logistics needs reinforcing the commitment to excellence in serving the Middle Eastern market.
Facility Highlights
The structure will feature:
- Racked and bulk storage facilities
- Three temperature-controlled chambers
- Twelve loading bays equipped with dock levellers and roller shutter doors
With a height of over 14 meters, it complies with the most recent firefighting regulations and includes two office floors. Additionally, solar panels are incorporated into the roof to help offset energy costs, facilitating the achievement of ESG credentials.

Mohsen Ahmad expressed his enthusiasm about the inauguration, stating, “This new facility will cater to the UAE and the wider Middle East region through best-in-class logistics solutions… it enhances Dubai South’s role in shaping the future of aviation and logistics in the region.”
