The transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be under the spotlight at Arabian Travel Market (ATM)

Taking place from April 28 to May 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, this event will convene experts and leaders in AI to examine how it’s reshaping both leisure and business travel.

According to recent findings by Statista, since 2020, AI and machine learning have constituted about two-thirds of global technology investments in the travel sector. AI is increasingly being utilized across the board, from customers planning trips with AI-powered tools to providers improving service through AI-driven resource management.

Known for her role as Google’s first Chief Decision Scientist, Kozyrkov has impacted how noted organizations such as Gucci and NASA approach AI.

Additionally, renowned futurist John Duffield will address how AI enhances personalized travel experiences and connectivity. On April 30, a panel including Robin Lawther from Expedia will focus on human-centric technology in travel and issues of privacy and ethical AI use.

Dorothee Anjos from Multilem will also contribute to the discourse on human elements in event planning amid rising AI considerations.

Lastly, Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, will outline the evolving role of technology in aviation during a session dedicated to optimizing the passenger experience through AI innovations.
