ANA Unveils Redesigned Website

All Nippon Airways (ANA) has rolled out its newly redesigned international website on April 15, 2025. The site boasts enhanced functionality and an updated design, with plans for a Japanese version to follow on May 29.

The website redesign aims to deliver a more intuitive, user-friendly experience that focuses on seat availability and reservations to meet customer demands. Domestic flights starting on May 19, 2026, are now bookable through this upgraded online portal.

“ANA strives to provide a five-star experience for our customers throughout their travel journey, and this redesign reflects our ongoing commitment to putting customers first,” said Keiji Omae, Executive Vice President, Customer Experience of ANA. The new website aims for high accessibility and satisfaction, featuring comprehensive navigation for essential tasks like travel planning, itinerary searches, new bookings, changes, weather updates, and check-in management.

As part of the improvements, users can now more easily find information regarding flights and fares, with sorting and filtering options for searches. This allows customers to quickly locate itineraries that best meet their needs.

   • Flight and fare information is simplified, making it easier to sort and filter.
2. Improved User Interface
   • The layout is consistent for both domestic and international flight pages, designed for PCs and smartphones.
3. Instant Information Access
   • Users can check the latest departure and arrival times directly from the booking confirmation window.
4. More Information at Hand
   • Now users can explore seat maps and services available on domestic flights, previously limited to international flights only. (The domestic site will be updated on May 29.)
