Accor and ICD Unveil New Hotel Cluster at Deira Waterfront

A new collaboration between Accor, Valor Hospitality Partners, and ICD (Investment Corporation of Dubai) has led to the establishment of a six-hotel cluster at the Deira Waterfront in Dubai, part of the Deira Enrichment Program. This strategic move aims to enhance the hospitality sector by integrating both established and new properties.

The cluster includes three existing Accor hotels under the ibis Styles, Aparthotel Adagio, and Mercure brands, along with three new ones that will be branded as Novotel, ibis Styles, and Mercure.

Official opening occurred on April 1, 2025, catering specifically to the rising demand for quality midscale and economy accommodations in Dubai. The expansion emphasizes Valor’s commitment to operational excellence and financial efficiency within the UAE.

Additionally, this project addresses diverse traveler needs with each property catering to specific expectations, from extended stays to budget-friendly options.
