IHG® Hotels & Resorts has finalized a management agreement with Gauri Resort & Banquet Services to establish the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur, which is scheduled to open in 2027. This initiative is part of IHG’s strategic plan to enhance its presence across India, responding to market demands.

The Holiday Inn Express brand, renowned worldwide, has been pioneering efficient travel solutions since its inception in 1990. The brand boasts over 3,200 hotels globally and is recognized as IHG’s fastest-growing brand, offering modern accommodations and seamless customer experiences.

Once operational, the new property in Hapur will feature 120 well-appointed rooms, a round-the-clock dining restaurant, a business center, and dedicated meeting facilities. Moreover, visitors will enjoy access to a fitness center and ample parking, providing a comfortable stay. This hotel will be integrated into a larger venue encompassing more than 75,000 sq ft dedicated to MICE and social gatherings.

The location along NH 9 is strategic, ensuring easy access to major business centers and catering to both business and leisure travelers. Furthermore, the hotel’s association with a larger event space offers additional advantages in attracting MICE demand from surrounding areas.
