TransNusa Launches New Flight Path from Bali to Guangzhou

TransNusa becomes the first Indonesian airline to operate scheduled flights on the Bali-Guangzhou route.

TransNusa has made history with the inauguration of its new Bali-Guangzhou flight route, marking it as the first Indonesian airline to offer scheduled flights from Bali, Indonesia to Guangzhou, China.


Flight Details:
On April 13, the inaugural flight 8B 969 left Bali at 20:15 and arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport at 01:00 on April 14.

This strategic move follows the introduction of their Bali-Perth route launched on March 20. Datuk Bernard Francis, CEO of TransNusa, stated, “Our main priority is to develop exciting travel routes for our passengers.”
Translation: Our primary focus is on creating innovative travel options for our customers.

TransNusa offers promotional pricing for the Bali-Guangzhou route starting at IDR2,388,000, CNY999, and USD149, available at transnusa.co.id and major online travel entities worldwide.

Schedule Announcement:
Starting from April 13 through May 31, four flights a week will be operational from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, with hopes to increase to daily flights by June 1.

TransNusa’s flights will use A320 aircraft, accommodating 174 passengers for the five-hour journey, aiming to cater not just to the direct travel needs but also to package tours to other popular Indonesian destinations.


Datuk Francis further remarked, “We expect this new service will attract more tourists from China to our beautiful island of Bali, which is renowned for its scenic beauty and tourism opportunities.”
