Luxury hospitality brand Aman has officially introduced its new luxury motor yacht: the Amangati.

The Amangati is scheduled for launch by 2027 and follows Aman’s initial foray into maritime travel with Aman at Sea, which commenced in 2021. The vessel is currently under construction by T Mariotti SpA in Genoa, Italy.

Aman executives have indicated that the Amangati will be ready for its maiden voyage in 2027. This naming announcement is significant as it marks another milestone for Aman at Sea, following the keel-laying ceremony held in July 2024.

Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman, stated, “Naming Amangati marks a pivotal and inspiring milestone for Aman. The vessel will embody the very essence of our brand’s DNA, providing exceptional privacy, best-in-class amenities, and our signature unparalleled service not yet experienced on the water.”

The Amangati will redefine sea travel, presenting a floating sanctuary geared towards those seeking the Aman lifestyle on water.

The name ‘Amangati’ translates to ‘peaceful motion’ in Sanskrit, symbolizing forward movement and the fluidity of water. With 47 spacious luxury suites each featuring private balconies, the yacht is being designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design. It promises an extraordinary experience with top-tier amenities, including four international dining options, a Jazz Club, a grand Aman Spa complete with a Japanese garden, and a Beach Club allowing guests direct access to the water.

Aman is committed to sustainability, aiming to use green technologies, such as battery power, to lessen its environmental impact and promote responsible travel.
