New Direct Flights from Singapore to Labuan Bajo
Jetstar Asia recently launched its exciting new flight route connecting Singapore to Labuan Bajo, Indonesia, on March 20th, 2025.
This new service operates twice a week, specifically on Thursdays and Sundays, increasing opportunities for tourists to visit the spectacular Komodo National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Following AirAsia, Jetstar Asia becomes the second international carrier facilitating access to this incredible natural wonder, thus enhancing travel options significantly. The park is famed for its breathtaking landscapes, pristine coastlines, vibrant coral reefs, and the iconic Komodo dragons.
To complement these flight offerings, SeaTrek Sailing Adventures is encouraging travelers to embark on its captivating Whale Sharks, Corals and Dragons tour, which allows direct access without routing through the busier airports of Bali or Jakarta. Travelers can set sail aboard traditional Indonesian wooden pinisi sailing vessels, exploring unique wildlife experiences like ranger-led excursions in search of Komodo dragons and snorkeling in some of the park’s stunning reefs.
Experiencing conservation first-hand, guests will partake in coral restoration projects and have opportunities to swim alongside giant sea turtles and other marine life.
Moreover, adventurers can explore serene spots that are often overlooked, including swimming in freshwater lagoons, secluded waterfall pools on Moyo Island, and relaxing on the stunning pink sands of Gili Banta. On Flores Island, visitors will engage with local culture, enjoying a traditional Caci dance performance, featuring local warriors with whips and shields accompanied by traditional music.
