Food & Hotel Asia – Food & Beverage Commences in Singapore

The Food & Hotel Asia – Food & Beverage event officially launches in Singapore, showcasing the latest in the food and beverage industry.

The launched event, Food & Hotel Asia – Food & Beverage (FHA-F&B), commenced today in Singapore, asserting itself as a leading global food and beverage platform.

The event is expected to draw around 65,000 participants from various local and international markets, bringing together culinary innovators and industry professionals under one roof until April 11.

The opening ceremony featured several prominent figures including Singaporean Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Alvin Tan; the Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, Allaster Cox; WorldChefs President Andy Cuthbert; and Ian Roberts, Vice President of Informa Markets in Asia.

Minister Tan expressed pride in the participation of over 70 Singaporean companies presenting at the Singapore Pavilion. He emphasized the strength of the Singapore brand in quality, innovation, and excellence amidst global challenges.

Cuthbert remarked on the importance of the event as a platform for culinary excellence and collaboration.

FHA-F&B showcases more than 1,600 exhibitors from 50 countries, marking it as the largest event of its type in the region. It includes 12 segments designed to cater to culinary professionals and food enthusiasts, featuring trends in gastronomy and sustainable practices, with Australia as its partner country this year.
