Seatrade Cruise News has identified the rising talents in the cruise sector by announcing the 2025 honorees for the 20 Under 40 program. This recognition took place on April 7, during a dedicated ceremony at Seatrade Cruise Global in Miami, Florida.
The 20 Under 40 initiative aims to highlight individuals under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions across various sectors of the cruise industry, from cruise lines and ports to shipbuilding and service providers.
Mary Bond, group director for Seatrade Cruise, emphasized the importance of honoring these young leaders: “As the cruise industry continues to evolve, it’s vital that we recognize and celebrate the people who are helping to shape its future.”
