Delta becomes the only U.S. airline to provide nonstop flights to St. Vincent and Grenada from Atlanta, making these once hard-to-reach islands more accessible.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines feature breathtaking beaches on many enchanting islands. Adventure seekers can find paradise for sailing and yachting among the numerous islands and cays, while those wishing to unwind can soak up sun in the Caribbean paradise.
Grenada, known as the “Spice Island,” offers incredible natural beauty, rich culture, and delicious culinary delights. The vibrant St. George’s Market fills the air with the fragrant spices of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and cocoa, which are staples in Grenada’s cuisine. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views and wildlife spotting at Grand Etang National Park or Mount Qua Qua.
Both new routes will utilize Delta’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft, featuring First Class, Delta Comfort+, and Main Cabin options.
Increased flying from Midwest and northeast hubs
Delta is committed to being the top carrier to Latin America and the Caribbean from Detroit (DTW), introducing new Saturday flights to Grand Cayman (GCM) and giving travelers more options to Nassau (NAS) and Cancun (CUN) this winter. Delta aims to expand its leading position in Minneapolis (MSP) with new access to Nassau (NAS).
Boston customers will also have daily nonstop service to St. Thomas (STT) throughout the holiday season, allowing for a unique Caribbean holiday experience with passport-free travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Increased options will also include daily nonstop Cancun flights from Austin and new Saturday service to San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) from Raleigh-Durham (RDU).
This expansion enhances Delta’s status as the preferred carrier for adventure seekers heading to the sunny retreats of Latin America and the Caribbean.
