Philippe Leboeuf Takes the Helm as CEO of Dorchester Collection

Philippe Leboeuf has been appointed as the new CEO of Dorchester Collection, bringing extensive experience from luxury hotels worldwide.

An award-winning and seasoned hotelier, Philippe Leboeuf has extensive experience across regional roles in the luxury sector on multiple continents. His strategic vision and leadership will help keep Dorchester Collection at the forefront of luxury hospitality.

Philippe previously served as director general of Concorde Hotels, where he managed 19 owned and 70 affiliated hotels. He played significant leadership roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Rosewood, and served as general manager of Claridge’s. Most recently, he oversaw the successful opening of Raffles London as its managing director.

A Cornell University and HEC Management School graduate, Philippe speaks four languages and was awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honour by the French government.
