The latest exhibition at Belmont Hotel Manila showcases the creative works of local artist Josso Baldera.

Belmont Hotel Manila recently inaugurated its fifth Lobby Art Exhibit titled Hiraya: Crafted Visions featuring the artwork of Josso Baldera. The exhibition opened on February 27 and will be on display until April 20.

This exhibition signifies the hotel’s ongoing commitment to promoting Filipino culture and providing a platform for local talents.

The Crafted Visions exhibit showcases Baldera’s intricate three-dimensional sculptures, each reflecting significant themes of life, nature, and the human experience. Visitors are invited to explore the depth and beauty of the artist’s narratives through his creations.

Josso Baldera began his artistic journey under the tutelage of renowned artist Angelito Cacnio, assisting him for nearly ten years. This experience allowed him to refine his skills and cultivate his unique artistic style, leading him to create meaningful and visually impressive pieces.

Baldera’s talent and dedication were recognized in the publication Alphabet of Filipino Contemporary Artists: Volume 2 by Lander P Blanza, affirming that his work will continue to receive accolades for its artistic merit.
