In a significant development, Air France is set to launch direct flights between Riyadh and Paris Charles de Gaulle, starting May 20, 2025. This initiative aims to enhance travel options for both business and leisure passengers, establishing a crucial link between these two vibrant capital cities. The airline is initiating operations with three weekly flights, which will increase to five by June to meet rising demand.

The Riyadh-Paris route will be serviced by the advanced Airbus A350-900, offering an elevated travel experience. This expansion marks a robust commitment from Air France as it strengthens its presence in Saudi Arabia, which is witnessing a boom in tourism and business activities.

Stefan Gumuseli, General Manager of Air France-KLM India and the Middle East, highlighted the importance of the Saudi market for the airline group.

“Saudi Arabia remains a key market for the Air France-KLM Group, and this new service is a testament to our ongoing expansion in the region. Riyadh and Paris are both strategic hubs for business and leisure travel, and we are proud to provide more connectivity between these two cities and our wider global network.”

This flight service supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, aiming to position the Kingdom as a global tourism and business hub, while providing seamless connections to over 190 destinations worldwide.

The aircraft will feature 34 Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy seats, and 266 Economy seats, all designed to provide a premium travel experience. Air France is committed to excellence in customer service, ensuring a comfortable journey from boarding to arrival.
