Norse Atlantic Expands Routes: New Service from Los Angeles to Athens

Norse Atlantic inaugurates a new route aimed at providing affordable transatlantic travel options for U.S. customers.

Norse Atlantic has inaugurated a new route connecting Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with Athens (ATH), expanding its offerings across the Atlantic.

The new service, set to launch on June 3, 2025, will operate four times a week using a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with ticket prices starting from $269 / 259 EUR. This strategic addition aims to make travel more affordable for the U.S. market while enhancing the airline’s existing budget routes, which already include destinations like London, Paris, and Rome.

Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO of Norse Atlantic Airways shared, “We’re thrilled to be launching a new route between Los Angeles and Athens this year. We expect the uptake to be positive as we offer this budget-friendly route, opening up more transatlantic options for our customers and the opportunity to explore the ancient city of Athens and the rich history of Los Angeles. Our goal is to make travel accessible and affordable for everyone, and this is another step in that mission and in our commitment to offer new destinations.”
