FCM Travel, the leading business travel sector of Flight Centre Travel Group, has named Michelle Jolley as their new Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. In her role, she will oversee the company’s marketing strategies globally, aiming to identify significant growth opportunities for FCM across 90 countries.

Jolley brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having worked nearly 10 years for Flight Centre in South Africa before relocating to Philadelphia in 2019 to head FCM’s marketing in North America. Most recently, she was the VP of Marketing for FCM, where she significantly contributed to the growth of their business in the Americas.

Along with Jolley’s appointment, Gina Ng has also been announced as the new VP of Marketing for the Americas, with her focus on crafting the marketing strategy in the U.S. and Canada. Ng’s rich background in the travel sector includes significant roles with the Singapore Tourism Board and extensive experience across markets including Singapore and New York.
