Akasa Air, India’s fastest-growing airline, has announced the addition of Darbhanga as the 28th city in its network, offering direct flights to and from Delhi starting April 04, 2025. The airline will facilitate daily flights between Hyderabad and Darbhanga via Delhi, enhancing connectivity to this tourist hub from two major metro cities.
This launch represents Akasa Air’s entry into Bihar, emphasizing its commitment to improving operations nationwide. Known for its rich cultural heritage, including the exceptional Mithila Art, Darbhanga is an intriguing destination boasting ancient palaces and monuments. The new route is expected to boost local economic activity and provide better travel options.
