Vietnam Airlines Introduces New Direct Route

Vietnam’s national carrier, Vietnam Airlines, is responding to the growing demand for air travel between Vietnam and China with the launch of a new direct flight service connecting Ho Chi Minh City to Beijing. The flights will commence on March 30 and will operate five times a week.

Key Details:

  • Destination: Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX), the world’s largest airport.
  • Flight Frequency: Five weekly flights on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
  • Aircraft: Airbus A321.

Additionally, the airline will also increase the Hanoi to Beijing route frequency to seven flights per week, further enhancing travel options for passengers.

With the introduction of this new service, Vietnam Airlines will facilitate a total of six routes between Vietnam and China, which includes popular routes like Hanoi - Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City - Guangzhou. The total number of weekly flights connecting the two countries will now total 40, reflecting the growing demand for travel.

This route not only aims to bolster tourism and trade but also to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and China.
