Goa Tourism Highlights Sustainable Travel Initiatives at SATTE 2025

The Department of Tourism of Goa showcased its initiatives at South Asia’s Travel and Tourism Exchange (SATTE) 2025 with the inauguration of the Goa Pavilion at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. This pavilion was inaugurated by Rohan A. Khaunte, the Minister for Tourism, who led the Goa delegation at the event, accompanied by key officials including Sanjeev Ahuja and others.

During the event, Minister Rohan A. Khaunte and notable dignitaries participated in a panel discussion focusing on significant trends and opportunities in the tourism sector. The discussion featured various tourism ministers and industry leaders.

The minister emphasized the focus on responsible and regenerative tourism, stating, “Goa has always been a pioneer in the tourism sector, and at SATTE 2025, we are further strengthening our vision of responsible and regenerative tourism.”

He highlighted Goa’s various tourism offerings at SATTE 2025, which include regenerative tourism, heritage, culture, adventure, and sustainable travel experiences, reinforcing its position as a leading destination in India’s travel landscape.
