Scheduled to open in 2026, this new property will be the Group’s first Radisson-branded hotel in the country and an upscale serviced apartment in Metro Manila. The new establishment is also the Group’s 16th property in the Philippines, underscoring its dedication to expanding its footprint in this key market.

Comfortable spaces

Radisson Serviced Apartments Salcedo Makati will offer at least 162 upscale, contemporary apartments tailored for business and long-stay guests, all designed to provide comfort and convenience in one of the region’s most dynamic commercial and cultural hubs.

Situated in the heart of Makati’s bustling financial and entertainment districts, it enjoys a prime location surrounded by corporations, banks, embassies, retail centers, and top entertainment venues.

Guests can also expect an on-site dining option featuring a variety of local and international dishes in a stylish ambiance, along with flexible meeting spaces suitable for corporate events.

We are continuously strengthening partnerships with local developers as more owners choose our brands to deliver world-class hospitality.”

Looking ahead, Radisson Hotel Group anticipates expanding with more properties in key cities across the Philippines over the coming years. With six operating hotels and ten under development, the Group aims to cater to the growing demand for quality hospitality in Southeast Asia.
