Air India Appoints Rogers Aviation as Passenger GSA for Mauritius

Air India has appointed Rogers Aviation to manage its passenger sales activities in Mauritius.

Air India, India’s global airline, announced today that they have appointed Rogers Aviation as their General Sales Agent (GSA) for passenger operations in Mauritius. This partnership will enhance Air India’s sales support in Mauritius, providing better service to travel agents and passengers in the region.

Rogers Aviation is tasked with handling Air India’s reservations and ticketing processes while also aiding marketing efforts and offering extensive passenger sales support to bolster the increasing travel flow between India and Mauritius.

“We are delighted to be appointed as the GSA for Air India in Mauritius. This partnership underscores our commitment to providing exceptional travel solutions and solidifies our position as a leading travel and aviation services provider in the Indian Ocean and Sub-Saharan Africa region,” said Alexandre Faydherbe, CEO of Rogers Aviation.

Air India currently operates five flights a week from Mumbai to Mauritius, promoting connectivity and convenience for travelers with additional options available across India and further afield. As Air India continues its fleet modernization and service enhancement, its collaboration with Rogers Aviation aims to present a world-class travel experience.

Additionally, Air India confirmed its order for 100 Airbus aircraft, supplementing previous commitments for 470 aircraft with Airbus and Boeing, showcasing their ongoing commitment to expanding their services.
