InterGlobe Air Transport (IGAT) is appointed as the exclusive General Sales Agent (GSA) for Oman Air in India to strengthen the airline’s market presence and improve customer service.

Travel solutions provider IGAT announced this strategic partnership on Monday, aiming to enhance the travel experience for customers and significantly contribute to Oman Air’s growth in India.

“By offering seamless connectivity, we aim to elevate the travel journey for our customers and contribute significantly to Oman Air’s growth and success in the Indian market,” said Siddhanta Sharma, President and CEO at IGAT.

The services provided will include comprehensive support for sales and marketing, reservations, and customer service to boost Oman Air’s performance.

“India is a key market for Oman Air, and we are excited to strengthen our presence and enhance our offerings for Indian travellers through this partnership with InterGlobe Air Transport,” stated Sunil V A, Regional Vice President for ISC at Oman Air.

This collaboration is set to enhance Oman Air’s service level in India, where the airline operates over 90 weekly flights to 10 cities from its hub in Muscat.

IGAT boasts extensive experience in managing airline sales and operations since its incorporation in 1989, representing several major global airlines.
