Flydubai has unveiled its new Business Class Lounge at Terminal 2 at Dubai International (DXB). The lounge is conveniently located after the passport control and security lanes at Dubai International’s Terminal 2 Departure area. As informed by a news report in Asian Aviation.

The boarding gate for Business Class passengers is located in the lounge where they can board dedicated Business Class buses for their flights.

Commenting on the opening of the new lounge, Hamad Obaidalla, Chief Commercial Officer at flydubai, said: “This year, flydubai is celebrating a milestone in its journey marking 15 years of operations. We remain committed to constantly evolving and investing in enhancing customer experience whether in the air or on the ground. The new lounge will provide an enjoyable and seamless travel experience for our Business Class passengers from Terminal 2 in Dubai. We would like to thank the airport authorities for their support to officially welcome customers to the new beautifully designed space.”

The lounge features modern aesthetics incorporating natural light in its elegant design that draws inspiration from the serene and timeless beauty of desert dunes. The warm tones and minimalist aesthetics are complemented by views of Dubai’s iconic skyline, creating a comfortable space for relaxation and productivity.

The lounge includes a glass facade that offers uninterrupted tarmac views, inviting natural light into the space. Customers can expect a range of seating configurations, including dining, lounging, and quiet areas for relaxation. Dining options include an internationally inspired buffet as well as à la carte selections. Additionally, the lounge offers shower facilities, a thoughtfully designed prayer room, and practical amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, workstations, and charging stations.
