ABTA Releases Its Annual Picks for Travel Destinations in 2025

ABTA unveils its latest report highlighting ten emerging travel destinations that are expected to captivate UK travelers during the bustling booking season.

ABTA has announced the launch of its annual ‘Destinations to Watch’ report for 2025, spotlighting ten inspiring locations for UK travelers as the holiday booking season progresses.

ABTA’s latest survey indicates that 68% of Britons plan to travel abroad this year, with 45% eager to experience new destinations. The data also shows an increasing number of customers opting for the assistance of travel professionals, growing from 34% to 38% in the last year.

“Millions are looking to explore new places this year, and Destinations to Watch offers a glimpse into potential travel opportunities. Our selections steer away from the ‘most popular’ to inspire with unique, lesser-known options that cater to diverse travel preferences,” stated Graeme Buck, Director of Communications at ABTA.

The 10 Destinations to Watch:

  • Denmark: Renowned for its charming towns and rich cultural landscape.
