MOD Unveils Solar-Powered Wedding Concept ‘SOLARIS’ in Dubai
MOD, a prominent wedding design house in the UAE, has showcased its latest project, ‘SOLARIS’, a wedding concept that took place in early April. The design draws inspiration from a dystopian theme of light and brightness, aiming to evoke emotions and emphasize love’s enduring essence. The project was brought to life in Zabeel 6, Dubai, involving over 800 hours of detailed craftsmanship.
Key Features of SOLARIS include:
- A vast minimalist space with a circular dining table and a significant circular installation symbolizing the union of two entities.
- Over 950,000 blush roses arranged by local florists, Kadi Boutique, creating a delicate floral field.
- A color palette referred to as ‘SOLA-AURA’, showcasing a balance of dawn and dusk hues.
The design also featured custom elements such as furniture, chain-mesh curtains, and a ceiling detail that emulates the sun’s rays. MOD partnered with various collaborators, including Daniella Baptista Productions for imagery and Al Afrah Al Amerah for lighting solutions.
Says MOD, ‘SOLARIS serves as a representation of our commitment to crafting unique wedding experiences, focusing on encapsulating love and beauty in our work.’
