Palladium Hotel Group Initiatives

Palladium Hotel Group, part of Grupo Empresas Matutes, has launched several new initiatives enhancing their Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, branded as Palladium Cares. Key initiatives include:

• Guest of the Month: Free hotel stays offered to families supported by non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
• Euro per Stay Program: Allows guests to contribute directly to local organizations.
• A Training and Family Support Centre opened in Mexico.

In addition, the Abel Matutes Foundation has amplified its financial support for Palladium Cares to maintain essential community work in Ibiza and Formentera, focusing on key areas: Our People, Our Community, and Our Planet. The group aims to positively impact employees and local residents through these pillars.

Extending Initiatives to the Americas

The recent launch of the 4 Causes to Take Action program aims to tackle childhood issues, social inequality, elderly care, and environmental conservation, marking its first reach into the Dominican Republic.

To date, over 1,220 employees from the hotel group have gotten involved in 130 social projects, impacting more than 2,800 people across Europe and the Dominican Republic. Thanks to this success, Palladium Cares plans to extend these initiatives to all operating regions by 2025.

Commitment to Sustainability

Palladium is also committed to sustainable practices, focusing on:

• Sustainable food management projects, like an agricultural center in Brazil.
• Minimizing food waste in partnership with organizations like Cáritas and the Red Cross.
• Enhancing energy efficiency and reducing water consumption through strategic investments.
