Deepti Sheth has been named the President & Group Head of Human Resources at Thomas Cook India Group. This appointment marks a significant advancement in her long-standing career of over a decade with the company. In her capacity, Sheth will lead the HR function, prioritizing talent management, leadership development, and employee experience, while also pushing for diversity, inclusion, and digital transformation initiatives.

Sheth’s rise comes after an impactful stint as Senior Vice President & Head of HR at SOTC Travel Ltd, where she effectively aligned HR practices with business needs, significantly contributing to the company’s growth through her work in leadership development and talent capability building.

With her extensive 20-year experience in talent management and organizational development, she has received numerous accolades, such as the HR Icon at the World HRD Congress 2026 and CHRO of the Year 2025. Her guidance is expected to bolster Thomas Cook’s efforts in creating an inclusive workplace, evident from their recognition as the Best Organisation for Women by ET Edge.
