Omio, the global multimodal travel platform, has launched its app within ChatGPT, allowing users to search and compare real-time travel options across trains, buses, flights, and ferries. This integration connects Omio’s network of over 3,000 transport providers to ChatGPT’s 900 million weekly users, marking a significant shift in travel planning and booking.

The launch is part of Omio’s ambition to become an AI-native platform, offering bookable transport options across 47 countries. With over 100,000 users traveling with Omio daily, the company aims to transform travel discovery by combining its global inventory with OpenAI’s advanced models, including Codex and ChatGPT 5.4.

Travellers can now find travel options entirely within ChatGPT, asking questions similar to those directed to a travel agent, and enabling the exploration of routes, prices, and options before booking.
