New Crowne Plaza Hotel Opens in Riyadh’s Al Olaya District

Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Takhassusi has officially opened its doors in the bustling Al Olaya district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This new addition to IHG Hotels & Resorts’ premium portfolio aims to cater to the growing influx of business and leisure travelers in the region.

The hotel is strategically located near corporate centers, the Diplomatic Quarter, and major medical facilities, including King Faisal Specialist Hospital, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.

The hotel is designed to meet the needs of modern travelers, offering a blend of connectivity and residential-style flexibility. It features 302 contemporary rooms and suites, including 192 guest rooms and 110 residential suites equipped with kitchens and city views. Dining options include Nasmah Restaurant for international cuisine, Dallah Lobby Lounge as a casual social hub, and Qamar Sky Lounge for panoramic rooftop views. The Club Lounge provides personalized services for guests.

For business meetings, the hotel offers four versatile spaces—Al Waha, Rawan, Rayhan, and Zahra—totalling 120 square metres, equipped with natural light and AV technology. Wellbeing amenities include two rooftop pools, dual fitness centers, and valet parking with EV charging.
