Minor Hotels has recently announced the signing of two new properties under its prestigious Anantara brand in India. The Anantara Zanti Coorg Resort is slated to launch in 2028, promising guests an immersive experience amidst the natural beauty of the UNESCO-recognized Western Ghats. Similarly, the Anantara Kolkata Hotel, to be located within the World Trade Centre in Salt Lake, is anticipated to open in 2032.

The Anantara Zanti Coorg Resort aims to offer a unique blend of luxury and nature, allowing guests to enjoy the biodiversity of the Western Ghats. On the other hand, the Anantara Kolkata Hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers, featuring 170 rooms along with two restaurants, a rooftop venue, a lobby lounge, and an Anantara Spa.

This marks Anantara’s inaugural venture into the Indian market, highlighting Minor Hotels’ commitment to marrying luxury with both business and leisure destinations.
