Keturah Resort Elevates UAE's Status as a Wellness Destination

Keturah Resort in Dubai has made significant strides in enhancing the UAE’s reputation as a premier wellness destination with its wellness-certified developments.

Investors have snapped up luxury properties at Keturah Resort.

Keturah Resort marks the Middle East’s first fully wellness-certified resort, aiming to enhance the UAE’s status as a leading wellness destination. Positioned along Dubai Creek and adjacent to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, it comprises 12 mansions and eight buildings with numerous luxury apartments. High-end amenities include a Ritz-Carlton boutique hotel, a wellness center, and a private marina. The development is projected to substantially impact the UAE’s wellness economy, estimated at $40.8 billion.

Talal M. Al Gaddah, CEO of Keturah, stated, “The UAE’s wellness economy is already the fastest-growing in the MENA region,” attributing this success to the Wellbeing 2031 agenda. This project’s prominence is reflected in the significant interest from global investors, emphasizing wellness as a decisive factor in purchasing decisions.

The resort offers over 550 meters of waterfront promenade and extensive green spaces, creating an attractive environment for health-focused lifestyles, including a 5-star spa and health club. Diverse bird species, like the greater flamingo, can also be observed in the surrounding sanctuary.
