Embraer Sees a 47% Surge in Aircraft Deliveries in Q1 2026

Embraer reports a significant increase in aircraft deliveries, attributing growth to production efficiency initiatives.

Embraer, a prominent aerospace firm, announced a remarkable increase in aircraft deliveries for the first quarter of 2026, achieving a total of 44 units—a 47% rise compared to the same quarter last year. This growth can be attributed to the company’s initiatives focused on improving production efficiency.

In the Commercial Aviation sector, Embraer successfully delivered 10 new commercial jets, including three E195-E2 models, which are the largest in their current production lineup. This represents a 43% increase from the seven aircraft delivered in Q1 2025. The Executive Aviation segment also noted growth, with the delivery of 29 jets, an increase of 26% over the previous year’s 23 aircraft. The heightened demand for both light and midsize jets is spotlighted in these figures.

The Defence & Security division delivered five aircraft—comprising one KC-390 Millennium and four A-29 Super Tucano units—compared to no deliveries in the same period last year, marking a significant milestone for Embraer.

Looking ahead, Embraer anticipates delivering between 80 and 85 aircraft in the Commercial Aviation sector and between 160 and 170 in Executive Aviation throughout 2026. This projected increase of 6% year-on-year for both sectors underscores Embraer’s assurance in sustaining demand and production capabilities.
