Lani Rooftop Lounge, the first rooftop bar and restaurant in Powell, is set to open to the public on 9 April. Situated in the heart of Powell as part of COhatch’s new Lifestyle Group, Lani promises a unique dining experience with globally inspired small plates and curated cocktails, all within a sophisticated yet casual setting.

The lounge, located on the third storey of COhatch’s main building, offers panoramic views of the Powell area and features both indoor and outdoor dining options. Guests can enjoy dishes rooted in Japanese, French, and Italian flavours, crafted under the direction of award-winning Culinary Director Lingo Quichocho. The spring and summer menu includes items such as tuna tartare, wagyu meatballs, and a selection of desserts.

Matt Davis, CEO and co-founder of COhatch, stated, “We are focused on offering the Powell community and our members an elevated experience that blends social, professional, and personal together.” The venue will also host corporate events and life celebrations, such as weddings and baby showers.

Lani will operate from Wednesday to Saturday, with varying hours, and reservations can be made via OpenTable. The opening of Lani marks another step in the revitalization of downtown Powell and is part of COhatch’s broader vision to create meaningful lifestyle experiences in suburban spaces.
