Previously, passengers experienced long waits at check-in counters as staff manually verified various details. This often resulted in confusion, especially during peak tourist seasons. To combat this, Nautika developed a customized software system tailored to the unique conditions of the Andaman jetties. Now, passengers need only to scan a QR code at the boarding area to confirm their booking and receive instructions, all without paperwork or standing in queues.

The introduction of this system not only streamlines operations but also enriches the travel experience for the annual influx of 525,000 tourists to the Andaman Islands.
