Four Points by Sheraton has officially launched its latest hotel in Bandar Seri Alam, Johor, aimed at providing exceptional services for business travelers.

Four Points by Sheraton has officially opened its doors in Bandar Seri Alam, Johor, marking the brand’s debut in this key commercial district. The hotel, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive portfolio, aims to provide a blend of stylish comfort and essential amenities to business travellers in the region.

Strategically positioned, the hotel offers convenient access to major industrial and logistics centres such as the Pasir Gudang Industrial Area and the Port of Tanjung Langsat. It is approximately a 35-minute drive from Senai International Airport and 30 minutes from Johor Bahru City Centre, making it ideal for business visitors.

Ramesh Jackson, Regional Vice President for Indonesia and Malaysia at Marriott International, stated, “The opening of Four Points by Sheraton Johor Bahru reflects Marriott International’s continued expansion in key business destinations in Malaysia.”

The hotel features 150 guest rooms, including Twin, King, and Three-Bedroom Duplex categories, designed for both short and extended stays. Premium rooms offer enhanced amenities, with some featuring private balconies or patios. Dining options include The Mesh, an all-day dining restaurant with live cooking stations, and The Mesh Bar, which offers a relaxed setting for drinks and light bites.

For business and leisure travellers, the hotel provides a 24-hour fitness centre, a swimming pool, and flexible meeting spaces. The Wau Merak Grand Ballroom, one of the largest in Bandar Seri Alam, can accommodate up to 800 guests.

General Manager Kenneth Priyantha expressed excitement about welcoming guests, highlighting the hotel’s “well-appointed rooms, flexible meeting facilities, and thoughtful amenities.”

Johor Bahru continues to grow as a gateway city linking Malaysia and Singapore, bolstered by strong manufacturing and logistics sectors. The new hotel participates in Marriott Bonvoy, allowing members to earn and redeem points during their stay.
