The group currently manages over 800 luxury properties across 25 destinations, including Europe, the US, and the Caribbean. The investment will allow Eterniti to selectively expand into high-demand destinations and invest in its operational infrastructure and technology platform. The company has doubled its revenues annually for the past four years, highlighting the growing demand for professionally managed luxury accommodations. Co-founders Maxime Friess and Laurent Lacourt continue to lead the company, aiming to build a global hospitality group offering five-star service in private homes.
