Eterniti Secures €30 Million for Luxury Portfolio Expansion

Eterniti, a luxury rental group, announces a €30 million investment to boost its global reach and enhance guest experiences.

Eterniti, a prominent luxury villa and chalet rental group, has announced a €30 million investment to accelerate its global expansion. This funding, secured from Amethyst III, a fund managed by Limestone Capital, brings the company’s total capital to €50 million. Eterniti plans to use the funds to expand its portfolio and enhance guest experiences in response to rising demand for high-end private accommodations.

The group currently manages over 800 luxury properties across 25 destinations, including Europe, the US, and the Caribbean. Eterniti distinguishes itself from traditional rental agencies by maintaining a local operational presence in each location, ensuring consistent quality and immediate response to any issues. “In luxury hospitality, service excellence alone is not enough if the underlying product is not perfectly maintained,” stated Maxime Friess, Co-founder and CEO of Eterniti.[^1]

Eterniti’s offerings are divided into three brands: Bo House, specializing in ultra-luxury villas; Verbier Exclusive, offering fully staffed chalets; and Emerald Stay, focusing on affordable luxury. The company employs 120 hospitality professionals year-round, expanding to 200 during peak seasons.

The investment will allow Eterniti to selectively expand into high-demand destinations and invest in its operational infrastructure and technology platform. The company has doubled its revenues annually for the past four years, highlighting the growing demand for professionally managed luxury accommodations. Co-founders Maxime Friess and Laurent Lacourt continue to lead the company, aiming to build a global hospitality group offering five-star service in private homes.
