Housekeepers Synergy 4.0, organized by the Professional Housekeepers Association (PHA) Karnataka Chapter alongside PRISTAL, successfully concluded on 21 March 2026 at Hotel Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Bengaluru. The event convened top hospitality experts to deliberate on sustainable practices and innovations in housekeeping, especially focusing on “Sustainable Laundry Solutions for the Future of Housekeeping.”

The event commenced with registration and a welcome address, highlighted by a ceremonial lamp lighting, attended by key figures including Kadambari Sabharwal Talwar, General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, and Jayashree Nagaraj, Founder and Chairperson of PHA.

One of the main features was a panel discussion facilitated by Talwar, with industry experts such as Srinivas Rao, Founder and CEO of Klen Laundryworks, and Lakshmi Kondaswamy, Head of Housekeeping and Treasurer of PHA Karnataka. The panel delved into sustainable practices, resource efficiency, and innovative laundry operations.

Nagaraj underscored the need for improved linen management and accurate inventories, and advocated for involving laundry service providers in procurement decisions, endorsing high-quality, eco-friendly products tailored for the Indian market. This perspective resonated well with Naveen Midha, Co-Founder of Pristal Group, who lauded the progressive strategy.

The event showcased advanced laundry products from Bharat Pristal India Pvt Ltd, giving participants a chance to explore innovative solutions for modern housekeeping requirements. The gathering culminated in a ceremony honoring contributors in the industry, including a special accolade for Dhirain, Secretary of PHA YUVA Board Karnataka.
