Celebrating Five Years of Fauchon L’Hôtel Kyoto with Exclusive Events

To commemorate its fifth anniversary, Fauchon L’Hôtel Kyoto is hosting a series of unique events blending Parisian cuisine with Kyoto’s cultural heritage.

Fauchon L’Hôtel Kyoto marked its fifth anniversary on 16 March 2026 by offering a series of exclusive experiences that blend Parisian gastronomy with Kyoto culture. As the first gourmet hotel in Japan by the French brand, it has become a significant player in the luxury hospitality market since its opening.

The hotel, managed by Fauchon Hospitality and part of World Brands Collection Hotels & Resorts Ltd., has introduced an exclusive accommodation package available from 1 February 2026. Priced at $3,400 (¥500,000) per night, the package includes a suite stay, a rickshaw tour, a kimono experience, and more, offering a cultural immersion into Kyoto.

In addition, the Grand Café Fauchon will present a special “Hommage à Kyoto” menu from 15 February to 31 March 2026. This menu showcases local ingredients like Miyazu fish and Kyoto Nanatani duck, paired with beverages inspired by Kyoto’s Five Mountains. On the anniversary date, a special buffet will be available.

Le Bar Fauchon will feature cocktails inspired by Kyoto’s Gozan Okuribi bonfire ceremony, further enhancing the cultural dialogue between the hotel’s French roots and its Japanese setting.

General Manager Kiyoshi Gomamoto expressed pride in the hotel’s achievements, stating, “We will continue to strengthen our operational excellence and deliver a truly unique experience for guests from Japan and around the world.” The hotel’s initiatives highlight its commitment to offering a distinctive blend of French and Japanese hospitality.
